Some interesting changes that will come along with HF-26

HF-26 will commence at 11-Oct this year. I found out some interesting changes so I want to share them with my friends.

Firstly I want to talk about RC Delegation. After we make a hive account we need RC to make a post, comments or some custom transactions. To get required RC we need to borrow HP from someone else or power up by buying some Hive from the market. After this hard-fork we will be able to delegate and RC and our HP will stay with us. This will also help players onboarding on Hive and vote value of the primary account will no longer reduced.

Second interesting thing is:
Increase haircut ratio of HBD/Hive from 10% to 30%

Now is 10%. As I understand it is the ratio that decide how HBD and Hive will print out.

Right now, and before HF26, the HBD marketcap can't be higher than 10% of HIVE's marketcap. If it does, the haircut rule goes into effect, meaning no more HBD is printed until the marketcap of HBD relative to HIVE goes back below 10%.

It is hard to understand but it is a good also a good changes. Hive will print out HBD longer than the previous limit.

Third interesting thing is: Eliminate Vote Edit Penalty

Not long ago @r1s2g3 wrote about this issue. If you are following two voting trail and both of them upvoted on a same post then first voting will be canceled out. If first vote is high than second vote we need to feel sympathy for the author. And also the vote lose his voting power. First cancel the previous vote and then cast another vote. Now It will no longer affect. But I am still not sure author will still get second vote.
