What is the value of $1000 USD for you?

The price of 1$ is around 1850 Kyats set by Junta but not the market price. The market price for 1$ is above 2000 Kyats so 1000$ worth more than 20 Lakh. This is more than my salary for half a year.

Actually housing and car price here is too high. I can not afford to buy a car or a house with just 1000$. But If I only use to buy foods or daily necessaries I can use up to one year.

There are not many companies in my country that can give 1000$ per month. All companies are foreign companies. The person that can earn a lots of money are doctors, engineers, famous actors and singers.

But currently a lots of companies are withdrawing from my country since last year coup. There is no more file in this period because of boycott. No new recording in this period. Economics has been cracked down so 1000$ will be a lot in this period.
