Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.
It doesn't matter how much we did earn we did feel unsatisfied with that after a while, did you feel the same? It is really hard to be satisfied with whatever we have. it is ok if you did feel the same 😅, if you don't feel the same then I am sure you were not here neither do I would be.
when I was a student I think of a little money as the time did pass the more the money I did need to spend, I did see many children my age who are used to saving their money and they dont really care about others and they are in there own worlds most of the time. But I was not one of them. I used to ask my mother for money a lot. my grandmother used to give me money when she was with me 🙂.
As we earn more and we did expand our expenses most of the time not all of us do the same but we all did. new clothes to show off 😅, buy expensive watches, smartphones and there are countless things we can buy if we did have money. I am not the type of guy I do believe in investment.
when I joined the job, I thought the money is more than enough for me and the time did pass my salary did hike and I did notice that I did not save that much money, By the mid of month I did see my pocket is all most empty and I did feel the same its been 3 years 😅. I learned a lot of new things about where to invest and how to invest. The money is never enough though but still, we have to find a way to live with that.

I totally feel you... Most times I have this notion "you only live once" and spend whatever I have with the hope that I will still get it as long as I got it before. Mehn!! thinking about it I just wish I could go back and unspent on the unnecessary things I did on...Lol

sometimes the quotes do look good in the books only it is not applied to all of us.🙃 that is reality.
it is kind of impossible to do that. I did have a conversation on the topic you mentioned.
we all do regrets a lot of things we have done in the past but that can be rewritten. we can only work on the present for a better future. life learning and we did learn when we do mistakes.

That's very true. It's always about getting more and more.
Every time that we move up to the next level we just want bigger and better things so we have to keep going.
I try not to waste much money and live a simpler life but then i see a shiny new object that i have to go a bit bigger again.

yes, totally it doesn't matter how much we do stop we did get attracted to something and do water money on that and do regret later 😅. I do feel stupid to invest in smartphones I know that the more you will spend the better you will get but still. I have seen many peoples take loans to buy unnecessary things and to show off of course. I do try the same try to spend less and less money but things don't work how we did plan many times. 😧
ha ha so nothing to worry about that much just with the flow and don't think too much it did take time but things did get settled. I hope you did get my point

Mate, it's a tough one, isn't it? Every cent seems to be spent before it even hits the old bank account some weeks. A couple of years ago, we made the decision we would invest 100% of my wife's income - and just live on mine. That helped us a lot - in for no other reason, than the amount of cash we thought we had - as her income has always been invisible and just put away.
I'm sure there's a better strategy, but it's all we got at this point.
yes, it is really though indeed. wow, that was really a great plan I think that is really a good idea to save your wife's money. I am sure you did invest it well. there are infinite ways to invest and the same wats to lose the money too. if you want to play safe then banks are indeed a good way to keep it safe not really safe 😅, but still you do have surety that it will face there. but honestly, the process is slow we all are used to the fast earning money that can't be happening everywhere.
I hope that decision will help you to do better things financially in your life. I am sure it will do.

Contentment is a key for a good life. Yeah we earning more we intended to spend more. I heard from a good bookkeeper you earned more and you spend less. if you maintained this lifestyle within 5-10years you will have a good amount of money in your bank acct.
I remember my parents demo us how to saved money. They gave us coins to distribute to our expected expenses and how much we should saved. Saving is a good for us to have for emergency purposes. When pandemic was pretty bad. I heard a lot of patients got send back home because the hospital was asking for down payment. When you have extra money like bonuses we should save it rather than thinking what to spend it for. Investing and making multiple is a good thing. Save or investing it will be good as long as you can get it back the money you invest at the right time you really need it badly. Not to waste and be careful how you spent it. Hehe.

In today's troubled world, if you can make room for spiritual development and have peace. You will find that you can be free from the greed with which we are constantly bombarded.
