Over thinking 🀯

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

There is not possible to stop thinking, we all do think about many things our brain is really busy with that for sure. It is not an easy job to stop thinking. I have seen that in many movies that ninja warriors and many saints have the capability to do that. They can sit in a position for hours some can do the same for weeks, months, and years. That must be possible from their years of continuous medications and hard work in their spiritual things. But it is not possible for a normal person for sure. we do think a lot of things every second.

We make things complicated by overthinking, and sometimes we get sick of that. Overthinking surely makes things complicated for us, sometimes the things that are simple by thinking about that too much make a more significant issue.
I do remember a very famous quote from Buddha:

the mind is everything
what you think
you will become.

If have a problem just deal with it, and take the help of others.
sometimes we do make bad decisions when we are under stress. We are not able to think properly about that.
Every problem does have a solution we do have to look for that, sometimes we are in the wrong place it sure took some time to look for the solution but if you really (desperately) want that sure you will get that.

I was overthinking many things in the past but the last two days were game-changing for me. I did sleep a lot and now I do feel really good and feeling happy from the inside. These feelings are totally different. Did you feel like this?

How to get rid of this type of situation:

  • Just keep calm and take a deep breath.
  • Try to eat healthy food (that did affect a lot too)
  • listen and watch comedy movies or shows.
  • Listen to spiritual things
  • drink water that did help us to change the mood and make us feel better for sure.
  • Keep yourself away from Useless things.
  • Do yoga or exercise.

I guess this is it, what do you think?

Thats so true, we always tend to overthink and want to have control on everything, wich is impossible.
Good sleep for sure helps the brain to sort things out and stop the monkey brain :-)

You are right in much of what you expose, only that you really don't need to be a special person to make internal silence and stop the thoughts.
I practiced for about three years and managed to stop the thoughts, and I am not very resourceful nor do I have ancient wisdom, I gave up the practice of inner silence a while ago. Inner silence gives you a different perspective of the world, and it is something that affects your life in a particular way.
