Social media and addiction 😥

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

most of us are used to many social media apps on our phones. I am sure we don't even get time to look over all the apps daily. Did you manage to do that? If you do then I am sure you do waste a lot of time there. While scrolling your screens. All are designed this way so the user's who visit that app stays there for hours. I do realize how much time I spend scrolling my Instagram feeds and YouTube reals.

They are indeed so additive we can't even resist closing them. In fact, we do it with low energy we don't even want to close the app. Some do have limitations of data if you are wifi user then you can watch shorts or videos no stop for 24 hours.
we did not even realize how much we waste while surfing apps. sometimes it is good though. we all should set a =time limit for that of that apps and should try to invest most of the time with the family and friends for real. yes, that is good to use apps from communion but overdue is always harmful id doesn't matter whatever it is. 🙂

If you do want to waste your time there are thousands of others that can help you with that and they are willing to do that they will surely love to see a new member joining their community they will sure tey their best to keep the user to there platform.

wow, the list is really huge I did expect that many apps, to be honest, I have seen the name first time in my life there are many more apps indeed of course not all are mentioned here for sure. what apps do you use in your daily life?

sometimes we do feel a bit insecure and sad by the feed and photos all over social media. I am sure not all are for real many do use filters and yes many do hire professional photographs for the shoots. That is true some do have millions of followers to maintain and grow their followers they have to do that for sure. that is for their own good?

what do you think? is it possible to quit all social media in a day? is that possible?
yes, it is possible but not in a day of course but is possible to do that. If you really want to achive something willingly then sure it will be yours one day you just have to show consistency to that.

where there is will there is a way.

So how that is possible :

• Turn off the notification of the apps.
• Install the application.
• use the web version of that.
• use incognito mode to visit your social media apps after a while you will suer find it boring to enter the id and passwords every time and the time will come you will not visit the apps for days o maybe weeks.
• Try to focus more on your hobbies.
• Try to read books.
• Reward yourself for small achievements.
