So we're getting BRC-20s on the Bitcoin Network now...

And all I'm saying is this, if I got called a shitcoiner for all of these years, why does Bitcoin want to do the tokens on Bitcoin the Bitcoin Network?

At first glance, Ordinals and BRC-20s look cool but it's obvious that this isn't something that can be used as advertised.

If I compare ordinals and BRC-20s use case to how it was explained to me, it's not being done well...

Not to say that ordinals and BRC-20s cant serve a purpose, but there are plenty of other decentralized technologies that are better built for what these features are aiming to achieve.

I will say the Unisat Ordinal Bitcoin Wallet is a lot more organized than the Lightning Network, where I have a ton of different Lightning addresses.

I also do like the look and feel of the Unisat Wallet, their marketplace, and how easy they make it to inscribe.

I do plan on picking up a .sat name at some point, but I don't see the Bitcoin Network as something I'd want to use to publish things on a blockchain on a daily basis.

Maybe inscribe some really important documents on the Bitcoin Network from time to time, but Hive is the obvious daily driver for decentralized content storage tied to accounts that you hold the keys to.

Bitcoin just isn't set up to do what we do here on Hive and I think that's perfectly fine.

There are some areas where Bitcoin is better set up to do certain things that Hive isn't as great for as well.

I'd say Bitcoin is for storage and Hive is better for transacting.

But those are just my first impression opinions on the matter.

I do think as the community gets its hands on the tech longer the best use cases will start to reveal themselves.

I just just don't see this being a high volume use feature although I do think this will force the Network to make some interesting adjustments in the future do to this bringing the Bitcoin scaling delima into the mix...
