When we think of work most of us think of that dreaded 9-5 job M-F with some overtime mixed in. That long drive into work only to work in a office locked up in a cubical. But work is now changing or at least what work is.

Should it be a total free for all? or will your community you build have some basic rules and quality control? To me the basic rules and quality control are a MUST as much as everyone wants a fully decentralized system those always turn into Spam, porn or down right disgusting things Unfortantlly. But by having a structured launch and rewarding quality the community should thrive. No one wants to spend time on a social network just filled with spam or honestly disturbing and disgusting images and videos.

A Long Road To Go

While we have some social networks and social abilities for rewarding quality content the real issue is they just lack at the moment. Many lack the basics of any type of algorithm or simply structure that does make these social networks better. There is also just an overall lack of development in the area still. However as money continues to flow into these systems we will start to see more and more development and that moment is about to pivot quickly here in the next year or two. I don't believe it will take us much longer to really start development awesome alternatives to social and advancing it to the next level.
