Happy New Year - HOLD Yourself Accountable

Accountability is very important when it comes to working for yourself and growing a business. But it also applies to everything in your life. Working out, saving money, creating value and simply building anything or doing anything you want to acomplish with your life.

2020 was a rough year for many but there were many positives that came out of it as well.

This post is a post to remind you to set goals and then set mini goals to help you achieve them.

Saying you want $250,000 by the end of the year in 2021 is a goal but you really should setup quarterly, monthly even daily goals within that to help you reach that final goal. Setting to big of a goal and one so far in the future can lead to inactivity and before you know it there's 30 days left in the year and you're FAR from hitting that goal you had in mind.

Here is my breakdown for crypto
Since value in USD will always change I'm simply going to use token or crypto value.

Leo - 50,000 LEO Powered Up
-- Doing this within the next 3 months so Quarter one. From what I have read there is a lot going to happen in LEO this year and I want to make sure I'm in a rather good position for when that happens.

Hive - 250,000 Powered Up
-- This one is subject to change depending on if these nodes start getting better and people take hive more seriously. A few things need to change including reducing the inflation of HIVE while the price is so low.

NEOXIAN - 2 Million Powered Up
-- I'm not to far from hitting this one already and believe I can do it without further investment besides time.

Now of course these are goals. If I can I'll surpass them as quickly as possible. So by years end we could be at 250,000 LEO and only 100,000 HIVE depending on the changes that happen within the communities and how things are looking.

This is another reason why I recommend creating mini goals. As things change in crypto or other areas of your life you need to be able to pivot quickly and make adjustments asap.

How aptly you wrote about goals, of course we have to be able to set them properly, and then take small steps to reach them. Otherwise there is no other way.
