Yep totally agree with this. I think another factor right now is we don't know what each plot is so you could have some super epic land and not even know it right now until it's released and the NFT card is assigned to that plot. That unknown factor I think brings value in general. Once released we will know if its a common land card (not a high value) and if it's a legendary a super high value so there's chances with holding on to it.

Another thing is it seems like you're going to need a number of lands if you want to produce items and spells yourself. Otherwise you're going to be buying resources off the market instead of having everything in house. Having everything in house could be a huge play.
