What Could 2022 Have In Store For Crypto

As of the last few days I've been doing a lot of research and speculation based on a number of factors. It's something I enjoy doing to try and make the best educated decision possible. Just yesterday I wrote an article on what I feel are Promising Cryptos as we move into 2022 now I want to dig a little more into what areas we could see huge movement in.

Everyday Part Of Life

Crypto has come a VERY long way and with it we have seen huge amounts of new wallets and people getting involved with it. I would say at this points it's a pretty common topic and we don't just think of Bitcoin all the time when crypto is mentioned. Instead we are starting to think of other cryptos like Doge, Ethereum etc but also platforms that run on them such as gaming, NFTs and DeFi.

That screams a huge leap in a short period of time and that huge leap I feel will continue to get more and more people involved in cryptos in 2022. Consider it mainstream 2.0 there will be growth but I don't believe it will become a huge every day part of many lives just yet.

NFTs

NFTs have actually been around for a while now. However it wasn't until last year when huge art works starting being sold that stole the headlines and with it a drive for people to not only figure out what it was but to launch launch projects around it. While I admit some of these weird off shoot NFT projects seem like huge cash grabs there are more legitimate cases I can get behind such as art, music, video, animation and yes gaming.

One area in particular I see exploding in 2022 is going to be NFTs for gaming followed by they music industry. There's massive potential there and I think even more sports teams are going to start becoming involved as well.

StableCoins

To me this is the Achilles heel of crypto right now and in many ways opens the doors to legitimate reason for the SEC to get involved. That is unless we start progressing away from $1 value pegged to the USD and instead start begging it towards something else and fully decentralizing it.

I see stablecoins only increasing, in fact HBD is a pretty solid project now. While it still has much room to grow and build I believe by towards the end of 2022 we should have a rather stable coin of HBD and perhaps sunsetting Hive crypto itself by a bit turning it more into a resource credit which holds greater value because of it.

Constant Regulation Battles and Fighting Back

I see no reason that this area of crypto is going to cool down. In fact I see governments attacking it even more in 2022 and because of that the strong community around the world we have will start fighting back against governments. I firmly believe people are getting sick and tired of how governments are treating people and they are going to need to start shifting their ways very soon if they want to survive. While it wont be an all out battle this year I believe it's going to cement is some of the core fundaments moving forward.

Well I think this year will better than last year, although Bitcoin and some cryptos to me is not really having a good start.the demand for NFTs will continue to go high, but I am very optimistic that this year will very good for cryptos.although you never can tell what will happen and concerning the regulations some said it's good and some said it's bad but in my own opinion I think it a way of the government trying to actually in controll of cryptos.but no matter the storm this year crypto will still edge better than last year

Crypto is going all out to attract a different market of people this time and that’s gamers. If millions of people are successfully pulled into crypto through gamers, then the markets will make some interesting moves. More people coming is good for crypto

I also see more NFT adoption but there will be much more adoption if they are given use cases.
As for the regulation battle . I agree with you. Regulators will come out fully for crypto especially stables.
