Hola chicos 👋 Feliz domingo, Espero hayan descansado bastante el fin de semana. El día de hoy junto a mi novio decidimos salir a dar un paseo tranquilo por el centro comercial Sambil, le comenté a mi novio que tenía antojo de tomar chicha así que me llevo a Dolphin Crepes para que probara las chichas de ese lugar, hay muchos lugares de la isla que no conozco aún y este era uno de ellos. Así que sin más por aquí comparto mi experiencia con ustedes.

Hi guys👋 Happy sunday, I hope you had a good rest during the weekend. Today my boyfriend and I decided to go for a quiet walk around the Sambil mall, I told my boyfriend that I was craving for chicha so he took me to Dolphin Crepes to try the chichas of that place, there are many places on the island that I don't know yet and this was one of them. So without further ado I will share my experience with you.

Cuando entramos al lugar me fije que era muy cómodo y bonito, tenía calcomanías con alusión a Paris y de otros diseños. Tienes la opción de sentarte en una mesa tipo pareja que es para dos personas o si gustas en una para más personas que traen de un lado de la mesa un sillón, para mí estas últimas son más cómodas. Puedes hacer tu pedido para llevar o para degustar en el restaurante así que decidimos quedarnos ya que nos gustó el ambiente.

Al sentarnos en la mesa nos encontramos con la decoración, las respectivas servilletas bien organizadas en su servilletero y una linda velita con el logo del lugar que a mi parecer quedaba muy bonita con el color de la mesa.

When we entered the place I noticed that it was very comfortable and nice, it had stickers with allusions to Paris and other designs. You have the option to sit at a couple table for two people or if you like you can sit at a table for more people with an armchair on one side of the table, for me the latter are more comfortable. You can order to take away or to taste in the restaurant so we decided to stay as we liked the ambiance.

When we sat down at the table we found the decoration, the respective napkins well organized in their napkin holder and a nice little candle with the logo of the place I thought it looked very good with the color of the table.

El mesero muy amable nos hizo entrega del menú, me fije que tenían variedades como waffles y crepes, ice roll's, cafés y por supuesto las chichas. Como ya sabíamos que ibamos a pedir nos dirigimos a la parte de las chichas para escoger. Me encontré con una variedad de topping y como me encanta probar cosas nuevas y el chocolate también, escogí una chicha grande con nutella y chispas de chocolate, mi novio escogió una del mismo tamaño pero tradicional con leche condensada y canela.

The waiter very kindly handed us the menu, I noticed that they had varieties such as waffles and crepes, ice roll's, coffees and of course the chichas. Since we already knew what we were going to order we went to the chichas to choose. I found a variety of topping and since I love to try new things and chocolate too, I chose a large chicha with nutella and chocolate chips, my boyfriend chose the same size but traditional with condensed milk and cinnamon.

Llegó la hora de la degustación, A mi parecer la chicha estaba bastante espesita y al principio fue díficil probarla, a demás creo que no escogí una buena opción ya que debido a la combinación de chispas de chocolate con nutella sentí que era demasiado dulce a parte que ya en si la chicha estaba dulce, la tradicional me gustó un poco más, Los sabores eran más suaves y ricos.

It was time for the tasting, in my opinion the chicha was quite thick and at first it was difficult to taste it, and I think I did not choose a good option because due to the combination of chocolate chips with nutella I felt it was too sweet and the chicha itself was sweet, I liked the traditional one a little more, the flavors were softer and richer.

Como todo es cuestión de gustos a nosotros en lo particular no nos gustó mucho la chicha 😞, sentimos que hemos probado más ricas. Pero como les digo todo es cuestión de gustos, si nos gustaría volver para probar los ice roll's ya que nos llamaron mucho la atención y por qué no? Darle una segunda oportunidad al restaurante, a lo mejor nos enamoramos de sus waffles, crepes, cafés o ice roll's.

As everything is a matter of taste, to us in particular we didn't really like the chicha 😞, we feel that we have tasted more delicious ones. But as I say everything is a matter of taste, we would like to come back to try the ice roll's since they caught our attention and why not? Give the restaurant a second chance, maybe we will fall in love with their waffles, crepes, coffees or ice roll's.
