The Monomad Photographic Challenge My Entry #45 - The process of making the traditional musical instrument "Rapa'i"
As usual, I will share some black and white photos here, these photos are also my entry to the black and white photography challenge. Well, this time I want to show you some photos of the process of making traditional musical instruments from Aceh, Indonesia. As you can see in the image that I share here. A traditional musical instrument craftsman is doing the process of making the musical instrument. In Indonesia, it is no stranger to this traditional musical instrument originating from the Aceh region. As we know, Aceh is one of the 34 provinces in Indonesia. Aceh also has customs and cultures that are different from other provinces in Indonesia. This musical instrument is called "Rapa'i". Musical instruments made from selected wood. Not many people can make this traditional musical instrument. Only people with special skills can make it. This musical instrument is also often used when there are traditional ceremonies and welcoming guests from outside who visit Aceh.
Here are some photos of the process of making traditional musical instruments that I share on this occasion. Keep following me, I will show you unique photos in this amazing Black and white community. Hope you like it.
