I think what Mr Shaw meant was that you should move yourself from circumstance A to circumstance B. Not pretend that you're already there. If the circumstance is that you aren't well, then GET WELL before doing stuff as if you were well. Like work.

💜 There were some posts awhile ago about self-care, how it isn't selfish, because if you don't take care of yourself you'll run out of health, energy, motivation... and not be able to take care of others. 💜
