CONTROLLING YOUR ANXIETY DURING CRYPTO DIP
The crypto world has been down with unimaginable dip.just when you think its going to get bullish then it goes the other way round.obviously nobody is happy with the dip because that means a lot of loss for both traders and investors. seeing your crypto portfolio red bring some kind of anxiety that if care is not taken could lead to some serious issues.just imagine you invested let say $2000 in crypto hoping that you will be cashing out as soon as possible and all of a sudden you started seeing the crypto going bearish.at first you will feel like it's the normal dip that occurs then continue with being bullish again,but to no avail the bearish run continues and then anxiety set in because you are on the verge of loosing your money.
But if you ask me how you can control your anxiety during a serious crypto dip like the one happening now, the truth is that I don't really know.the only advice I can give is that you just have to be patient till when it will go your way again.you know in crypto it's either selling or buying so no matter what happens it can't sell forever neither can it buy forever.thats why long term investment in is always very good and using what you can afford to loose so when dip like this happens you will be pained.
Sometimes this could also serve as an opportunity to buy more since every dip that happens is a sign to buy when it is low and sell when it's high.so this dip period is actually the time to buy but the present dip we are experiencing now is a long one that makes it hard to predict when the dip will come to an end so a lot of care have to be take so as not to make the wrong investment.
Please don't blame my topic I just want to catch your attention.anxiety is part of crypto most especially if it's not going your way so you just have to learn to deal with it and be patient .

I created a burn post. I wrote a simple post with an image of fire and set the beneficiary to "burn" .
I think it burns the alt-coins.
Including a long list of alt-coins on a post is usually considered spammy, but since the rewards go to burn, I think it is acceptable.
I couldn't find the beneficiary option on LeoFinance. I was able to write the post with PeakD.com.

The rewards for the burn post go to @null. It reduces the float and should help HIVE find its bottom. Having published a burn post makes me feel like I did something.

Wauu thats really a nice one,but frankly speaking I don't know what a burn post but I will go and read about your post.i will definitely do as long as it will help situations.
A burn post means that the rewards go to the @null account. Once in the @null account the coins are no longer considered part of the market value of the coin.
