The Playstation 5 as a drawing card for Sony

The figures are an eye-catcher for Sony, as the group earned around twice as much as in the previous year. For the first time, the one trillion yen mark was exceeded with around 1.17 trillion yen, which is around 9 billion euros.
The gaming division is a driving force at Sony (2.6 trillion yen in sales) and far exceeds the electronics division (1.9 trillion yen). The Playstation 5 is currently in high demand thanks to corona and the worldwide lockdowns. The lack of chips for the PS5 is another reason for high prices.
According to Sony, however, sales figures will still increase after the crisis. The recently collapsed movie market will then also increase again, because the cinemas will be open again.

The charts can keep up with the balance sheets. On the major time units, we are constantly forming new highs. A setback is still welcome but maybe something will come up. An ABC correction would also fit well into the picture here.
