Day 1250 | Family Time & Playing Basket
Tuesday as always was my Family time day, this might change soon a my oldest niece will have Judo classes on that day going forward. I'll see how it goes. Yesterday I went go go see with my mom for a rowing trainer and it will most likely be the Concept 2 which gets by far the best reviews on the internet. I'll likely add some to my workout each time I go home once it arrived. I also played quite some basket again which is something I really enjoy even though it's not that super intensive. Wednesday will be business as usual joining my hot yoga class around 18:15 and watching a football match in the evening trying to find some good spots to bet on.

The goal is do reps consistenty on a daily basis forcing myself to do at least 1 which most times will lead to a lot more and the goal is to go without actually being in major discomfort the day after slowly increaing the load over time.
