Day 1271 | Tuesday Hot Yoga Yin


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'm still sticking to the schedule I made for this week joining another yoga Class in the evening. This was the first time I ever joined a Tueday evening class and I forgot it was a different class so this was the first time doing a yin yoga session. It was still done in hot humid conditions with a lot of different poses and at the end some long meditations which I quite struggled with. I did manage to drink a lot while keeping my food intake limited and be quite productive during the day so overall things are going in the right direction again!
