I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...
I went home for my wednesday family time spending some time with my nieces and mom also doing a row training which is quite heavy. I did 3km this time around instead of 2.5 last week doing 17 minutes on it and plan to increase this a bit week-by-week. I did however overeat a bit on the food and slept really long making me have to rush to get to the Tennis which has been ages since I played.
