I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. Friday was a good day as I joined a lunchbreak 60-minute yoga session taking a walk afterward. I did my regular playing Splinterlands in the morning while doing football handicapping in the afternoon and went for a walk to the supermarket getting some fresh vegetables afterward. I spend some time in the kitchen to prepare fresh food for the weekend and watched the friday evening match in the belgian Jupiler League.
