I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

A new month is here and it looks like it will be a crazy busy one with lots of things going on in the crypto space, plenty of football matches to be played and lots of NFT games to be played. All during a bull run which just provides so many opportunities to make some life changing gains that I just have to go all out on it. Last month was mixed as I started to do yoga and tennis again which did cut into my time and eventually got me to neglect my eating failing on my weight loss goals. This month I will mostly try to focus on my food intake and the overall time management and I'm looking forward to where everything will go.
