Day 1290 | Healthy Productive Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I managed to be both really productive and keep my food intake very clean on Monday for a good start of the new month. I have yet to get my covid safe ticket and will need to do so before I'm able to join my hot yoga classes again. The plan is to do this by Wednesday. I'm hoping to make Tuesday into another productive day where I again resist the temptation toward less healthy food climbing my way down to where I weigh at least 68 kg again.
