Day 1352 | Morning Run, Productivity & Keeping Discipline


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

3 days into the year and I'm managing to keep my discipline so far hoping it turns into a habit. I went on another morning run & did some reps as overall light workout activity, I once again got around drinking 2.5 Liter of water also sticking to healthy plant-based food. On top of that I also was quite productve as I did my crypto bookkeeping making a new excel file for it. I also continue to Play2Earn journey.

On Tuesday I'll be going home spending some time with my nieces.
