Description:

All units gain the Blast ability.

Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up.

General Strategy

On this rule set you want one or more units the Reflection Shield ability to protect you for the additional damage from Blast, you abilities that can attack units on the middle like Snipe , speed is king as in most rule-sets but here is even stronger, having higher damage because of blast allows you to kill faster and as you kill them before they attack you prevent high amount of damage because the enemy have also blast, Armor is also very helpful, reducing armor from your enemy as well and the Martyr ability can be useful as well.

About this match in Particular:

Beside the Blast there was only Archers and all monsters have the Return Fire ability, Drybone Raider is pretty good for only Archers ruleset as a tank but here is specially strong because of the Return Fire, I use 2 units with martyr abilities to double charge my Drybone Raider making her dealing 16 damage per turn only with her melee attack with his double strike and blast, but for my surprise thinks didn't go as I planned, she was stunned the whole match and never have the chance to attack, I win in the end though.

My Team:

Level 2 Venari Marksrat

He is here for his Martyr ability to boost my Tank.

Level 3 DryBone Raider

My Tank and my main damage dealer but she didn't have the chance to attack on this match.

Level 5 Fire Caller

He is here for his Martyr ability as well to boost my units, but him can do a decent damage as well.

Level 4 Lava Tank

Excellent choice for only Ranged ruleset, have Close Range and a lot of Armor he was my secondary tank but he can be a great main tank for this mode.

Level 1 Ash Mirage

I only Have the level 1 but he made his think just at this level, reducing all range attacks of the enemy by 1.

Level 3 Tinder Lock

My last resource, if the battle goes bad I could count on him as the last unit with his Last Stance ability and Close Range.

Round 3?

There wasn't a round 3 , monsters killed super fast because of the Blast plus the Return Fire, my Tank survive but never attack as she was stunned.
