Sadhguru and how he inspired my username.

I love listening to Sadhguru and my favourite video of his so far is “Organise Your Mind And Anything You wish Will Happen”.

This video is so relaxing and really does work in clearing your mind. It’s best to listen to with earphones and it recommends to listen to it before going to sleep. Which I totally agree with!

Sometimes its so relaxing I just drift off to sleep half way through it. Which I think might even be better as it's still going in my brain while I'm sleeping and I wake up with a clear mind and feel even more refreshed.

In this video he talks about how the way we think and the energy we put out into the world is how and what our life becomes. I really do believe this is how it works.
He says in this video “If you organise these four dimensions of mind, emotion, body and energy in one direction, the source of creation is with you, You are the creator”. This line really spoke to me!

Now whenever I feel down or think negative thoughts, I always remember that line and It’s a reminder to stay positive and create the life that I want to live. “What you want to create will happen to you effortlessly once you're organised”- Sadhguru.

This is what inspired my username, my blog is my creation but I am also the creator of my life.

We are all creators of our own life.
