Am I sleeping on LeoFinance? Few infos I wished I've known sooner!
Lurking in and reading blogs posts on different front ends became a habit of mine since I joined the Hive ecossytem two months ago, while most of my contents where based on gaming, I do sometimes, by following many authors, use leofinance as a general tag.
But lately, with the recent rise of Hive price, plenty of members started to mention LEO token and it's potential to reach new hights, that made me feel that I'm missing on something big and hope I'll make it before it's too late!
LEO Token
- Currently trading at 0.12 Hive with a decent 5k Hive 24h Volume.
- ATH at 0.8 Hive making it the second resistance after 0.4 Hive
- LEO team is behind many solid projects including:
- Leofinance, where you publish contents and get rewarded by curations
- LeoDex, a DEX way smoother than hive-engine
- CubDefi a solid farming platform on Binance smart chain
- PolyCub the upcoming farming platform on polygon network
Why LeoFinance?
It may sound a dumb question but follow me up, speaking of personal experience I've always wondered why my LEO rewards were so low compared to the Hive, ONEUP and SPT I'm earning from my blog posts. Maybe because I'm mostly posting about gaming, that's true but I've stumbled into this comment from @jfang003

It seems that's the case as I take a look at the front page of leofinance.io, the top rewarded posts are ALL made using Leo front end!
Here is an example from @acesontop, a leo.finance member, and how much he's earning: (more details here)
but I'd say that my monthly earnings are somewhere between $600 and $2,000.
Moreover, as a reader, I did stumble to a lot of informative blog posts, a great way to learn more about Hive and Leo and an additional motivation to provide decent contents, among these decent contents, Leo.voter cought my attention:
That's such a massive upvote so while checking @leo.voter profile, I realised was missing on something big:
Not only you get special upvotes in hive, you saw the price of hive skyrocketing, but also you can delegate HP to earn passive LEO tokens, waiting for it's time to shoot up! Somehow similar to Monster.curator in Splintertalk.
Maybe there are other curators curating specifically leo posts but leo.voter gives the highest upvotes value!
While writing this post, I've found @cflclosers writing about the same topic about leofinance here
Each and every one of us can easily earn $500 to $1000 in December with zero financial investment
I'll be really happy if I can make it to even $100 on December :D (maybe a new goal?!)
Another way to earn is via getting curated on commenting on the daily post from @leomarkettalk while engaging with other members.
LEO DEFI Pools
A couple of pairs caught my attention:
- On Cubdefi
- BLEO, the Binance smart chain Leo version paired with BNB.
- BNB is keeping on rising recently while LEO is stable in $ Value so some impermanent loss is expected.
- Good APR and rewards in CUB that can be autocompounded in Kingdoms
- As I said before, this is a solid and old project so a low risk of Rug pull.
- BeeSwap
- I've put the small amount of LEO that I own in this new pool:
- Both Hive and LEO are great, I don't mind the impermanent loss.
- Solid 344% APR (won't stay for long)
- Rewards in BXT which is a token when staking it, shares 50% of the fees from the Hive/SWAP.Hive convertion on Beeswap. Currently at 138% APR!

I think you will really enjoy the earnings and community by posting on the leofinance front end. You'll find great support from the Lions that hang around here and the hive votes from @leo.voter will make a big difference in your hive experience.

It will happen. I think a lot of people are interested in the tokenomics and earning potential of all games so that can be a really good angle with regard to your posting via the leofinance.

ROFL I had no freaking idea that you had to post using the Leofinance front end to be upvoted by the big guys. I've always kind of asked myself about that message in the end of the posts saying that it was made using leofinance 2.0 or something. Now it makes a lot of sense.
I don't write much about economics and crypto finance, but I might start doing some from time to time.

I think Leo has a brilliant future. Especially once they release "Project Blank" I think the value of the token will just skyrocket. This is not financial advice, I am not a financial professional, it is just my opinion based on a guess :-)
I'd really like to hear other fellow members opinions! Can you enlighten me a bit about project blank ?
Unfortunately, I am not yet in the LeoFinance inner circle but from what I learned so far from the CryptoManiacs:
It will be a platform similar to Twitter on Hive-Engine
As members, we will earn crypto for posting, upvoting, and commenting.
Unlike Twitter it will be decentralized, so we won't have to worry about censorship.
