The government build housing in low area. Like or dislike we finally buy the housing though in low area.
You should never trust/depend/rely on government!

It is difficult. Here in my country , properies that subsidized by government are located in low area. Real estates that are on high location are not affordable for basic income workers. So We should choose the affordable real estates. A loan for mimimum standard housing with 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom and kitchen worth about $5000 to $7000. We should pay on intallment for 10 to 15 years. While high class real estates worth $30,000 to $100,000. Those housings are not affordable for low class families.
