Arroz Horneado con Carne y Vegetales // Baked Rice with Beef and Vegetables 🥘🥗🍲😋😉😎

Hola amigos de hive, reciban un cordial saludo y un caluroso abrazo, tenía tiempo sin escribir en esta comunidad, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una de esas recetas que me invento para aprovechar todos esos poquitos que vamos guardando en la nevera.

Como les he comentado en otros post no me gusta cocinar, pero cuando lo hago me gusta inventar y hacer cosas diferentes, sobre todo los domingos. En la nevera había arroz, carne molida, brócoli cocido que iba a preparar una ensalada y no la hice el día anterior, entonces estaba también en la nevera.

Como todos mis inventos no hay medidas, solo ingredientes y pasos a seguir. Les cuento lo que hice, en un bol de vidrio puse el arroz, en otro recipiente rayé la mitad de una zanahoria, la que luego combiné con el arroz. Por otro lado rebané dos plátanos maduros en tajadas que luego freí en un caldero con aceite bien caliente.

La idea inicial era la integración de sabores y por supuesto aprovechar todos estos alimentos, en otra presentación. Tenía también un caldo de pollo, donde cociné unas pechugas hace varios días, uní ese ingrediente al bol con arroz y la zanahoria rayada.

Luego en otro recipiente enmantecado verti una capa de arroz, encima puse la carne molida, luego el brócolí picadito, paso seguido coloqué otra capa de arroz y finalmente cubrí con los plátanos fritos para adornar. En la licuadora agregué 4 huevos, una cucharada grande de harina de trigo, sal al gusto y mezclé durante tres minutos, posteriormente vacié la mezcla sobre los alimentos y metí al horno durante 45 minutos aproximadamente.

As I have told you in other posts I don't like to cook, but when I do I like to invent and make different things, especially on Sundays. In the fridge there was rice, ground beef, cooked broccoli that I was going to prepare a salad and I didn't make it the day before, so it was also in the fridge.

Like all my inventions there are no measurements, only ingredients and steps to follow. I tell you what I did, in a glass bowl I put the rice, in another bowl I grated half of a carrot, which I then combined with the rice. On the other hand, I sliced two ripe plantains in slices that I then fried in a pot with very hot oil.

The initial idea was the integration of flavors and of course to take advantage of all these foods, in another presentation. I also had a chicken broth, where I cooked some chicken breasts several days ago, and I added that ingredient to the bowl with rice and grated carrots.

Then in another buttered bowl I poured a layer of rice, on top I put the ground beef, then the chopped broccoli, followed by another layer of rice and finally I covered with the fried plantains to garnish. In the blender I added 4 eggs, a large spoonful of wheat flour, salt to taste and mixed for three minutes, then I poured the mixture over the food and put it in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
