Hello friends of this respected community, I had not written here for several months because I had not had the opportunity to share my emotions with any series, like others that I have commented before. A few days ago I was recommended one and I was hooked from the first moment I saw it. It is called Frühling and you can find it on YouTube. It is originally from Germany and is fully translated into Spanish.

It stars Simone Thomalla as Katja Baumann, a nurse who was betrayed by her husband, decides to rethink her life and decides to move to Früling, the name of the town where the story takes place. After moving to Früling she starts working as a social worker, her job is to help families who are presented with some specific situations of illness and this in turn lead to other more complicated ones.

Her work is very empathetic, she has an ability to give herself to be loved, she manages interpersonal relationships very well, she knows which are the words to say and the right moment. She is a very observant, intelligent and prudent woman; although sometimes I feel she goes deep, as my mom used to say.😄😁🤣

She works in an office which she shares with the priest, since it is the church who directs and controls this type of social work, it is there where the calls are received requesting the service of the social worker's help. The series caught me because it is a very beautiful town, the customs of other cultures and the beautiful landscapes of the Alps caught me.

It is a very refreshing series, each chapter reflects a story which always brings with it a family background, some trauma of upbringing, domestic violence, inheritance, infidelity or betrayal in love, among others. It also touches on chronic diseases such as cancer and hypertension, since the majority of the population are older adults.

Although each chapter shows us a different situation, there is a certain thread between the lives of the main characters, as is the case of the life of Katja Baumann, her daughter Kiki Baumann represented by the young actress Carolyn Genzkown. Also the actor Marco Girnth, who plays Dr. Marc Weber, the village veterinarian, falls in love with Katja; he is very much loved by the population, as most of the villagers have cattle, horses, pigs, rabbits and many other domestic animals who require frequent assistance from the veterinarian.

The role of Pastor Sonnleitner is played by the actor Johannes Herrschman, who plays the pastor of the church is a very helpful person, always ready to serve the church, the people and his fellow man, he works with Katja and is the one who is called when something happens.

Dr. Stephanie Schneiderhahn is personified by the actress Caroline Ebner, she is a very professional, prudent woman, with good ethical and moral values who works hand in hand with the Pastor and the Mano a Mano Foundation, which is the name of the institution that works to help people in trouble. She has a very good relationship with Katja Baumann and they make a good team to support people. In time they become friends. They work together to solve community problems.

It is very evident in the series, how well the social services work, the provision of services is first class, firefighters, police, health care, traffic and laws in general are of the first world, evidence of developed cultures. To conclude I recommend the series for everything described above and for every teaching that each chapter leaves, it always leaves us a growth at a personal level and especially family.
