Hola comunidad de foodies bee hive, Ć©ste es mi primer post despuĆ©s de mi presentaciĆ³n y quise compartir con ustedes la preparaciĆ³n de una de mis bebidas favoritas, un delicioso jugo de parchita o maracuyĆ”, la mejor opciĆ³n para dĆ­as calurosos debido a su refrescante sabor.

Hello bee hive foodies community, this is my first post after my presentation and I wanted to share with you the preparation of one of my favorite drinks, a delicious passion fruit juice, the best option for hot days due to its refreshing flavor.

  • Parchita o MaracuyĆ”
  • AzĆŗcar
  • Parchita or Passion Fruit

  • Sugar

PREPARACIƓN || Preparation


Cortamos las parchitas a la mitad, extraemos la pulpa de la concha y la colocamos en un vaso de licuadora, le aƱadimos agua y azĆŗcar, procedemos a licuar por unos minutos.

Cut the parchitas in half, extract the pulp from the shell and place it in a blender glass, add water and sugar, proceed to blend for a few minutes.

Con un colador, colaremos el jugo de la parchita y extraemos las semillas, reservamos el jugo de parchita o MaracuyĆ”

With a strainer, we will strain the juice of the parchita and extract the seeds, reserve the juice of parchita or passion fruit.

En una olla colocamos las conchas, las cubrimos de agua y la montamos a fuego medio por 45 minutos, retiramos del fuego dejamos que se enfriƩ por completo.

Place the shells in a pot, cover them with water and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, remove from the heat and let them cool completely.

Procedemos a licuar las concha y a colar para separar los grumos. Ya listos estos pasos lo integramos al jugo de parchita que tenĆ­amos reservado, aƱadimos azĆŗcar al gusto removemos muy bien hasta que el azĆŗcar se diluya, servimos en un vaso con hielo y a disfrutar de un delicioso jugĆ³ tropical

We proceed to blend the shells and strain to separate the lumps. Once these steps are ready, add the parchita juice that we had reserved, add sugar to taste, stir well until the sugar is diluted, serve in a glass with ice and enjoy a delicious tropical juice.
