No matter how hard we try, we cannot reach where we want to reach unless we spend some time for ourselves. In the morning when I leave for the playground, I meet many people on the way who go out for morning walk and jogging. Most of them are that person who is associated with the office and whose belly is out. One such person started playing cricket matches with us. Who took 5 singles while batting and ran for two runs twice. You can't predict what might have happened to that person. Suddenly the person started breathing out and he sat down on the ground. The truth is that if we do not do physical exertion, then our body becomes very fragile which cannot tolerate even the slightest adverse situation. Therefore it becomes necessary for all of us that at least 1 hour out of 24 hours should spend time on health. Those who do this do not have to rely on tablets and medicines to sleep, they have to wake up in the morning by kicking them. The truth is that the more physical work we do, the better sleep we will get because this body craves exhaustion. In the morning, the weather is so cold, there is melting that it is difficult to get out of the house, yet people go for morning walk and go out of the house for jogging so that they can keep their body fit. If you also want to stay away from diseases, then take the body out of the comfort zone. Otherwise one day this bloated body will become a cause of trouble for you.
