It is a good idea having at least a 2:1 skill/fans ratio. Especially when you plan to buy more card packs and you could get a few hundred more fans, it would be good if you are prepared and already have way more skill then needed. I don't know how the StarBits earning is calculated but I heard that you earn less if the ego goes up, so better keep it as low as possible.
