Some Changes that has to come with 2022

I got a little scared when I looked at the date and realized it was the 29th. Damn, we're a lot closer to 2022 than I actually thought. It really is scary to think that we're hours away from entering into an entirely new year.

No matter how I try to hide it, I'm still a little skeptical about next year. I know I already started laying a good foundation for myself this year especially regarding Crypto and already got a bunch of #pobpunks lying in my wallet.

But then the thought of not being able to follow through everything I've started is what scares me the most. Recently, i just started following a lot of airdrops and when I discovered that I needed some SOL in my wallet to mint most of them (and I had none), I got really frustrated.

When I get frustrated like that, it affects a lot of my other activities. It kind of messes with my psychology a bit and I get really annoyed. I don't want to see any of that in 2022, I know myself, I always look for ways to achieve my goals and when I fail, it keeps me laid back for a while. I struggle to get on my feet with great difficulty and when I eventually do, I might end up trying something new instead.

I hope to change a bit of that about myself next year. I need to put in more effort especially when I fail, I guess that's why I was scared to join crypto trading in the first place. What would I do if I eventually make a wrong trade and end up loosing a huge some?, Would i end up stopping trading and try something else?. Hehe, that'll be really foolish of me, but sometimes that's how I am.

I made a big mistake that I hope to correct next year too. I've been reading a lot of posts from @josediccus (permit me to mention you here) about finances and about the lack of gain that comes with leaving your money In fiat form. I had been saving up $60 all in fiat form for almost 3months with the hope of multiplying it before the year ran out.

That was my mistake, keeping it in fiat form. For those 3months I struggled to keep that money untouched and instead of multiplying, it kept on reducing and as at yesterday, I finally used the last of that money. So much for saving, hehe, now I'm back to square zero and on the verge of asking others for money.

Same sort of mistake shouldn't be repeated next year. I'm learning from my mistake and I'm dazzling in the world of crypto. I'll make sure to invest more in stable coins and take some risks with some shit coins. No matter how uncertain next year looks, it has to change my life around for good and especially that of the friends around me.

NFTs too have been on my mind for a while now, I'm not really an experienced artist but I have a certain level of creativity and passion for art. I'm taking time to read more about NFTs and how to mint them. Maybe my bro @jaxsonmurph would show me a thing or two (I know I haven't asked yet), I think it would be really nice to learn from him. When I think I'm good enough I'll start showcasing my works here on Hive but first I'll need a pretty good system and a better phone. I'm hopeful that I'll get that before the middle of next year.

The countdown to next year begins with a lot of hopes and dreams, it's not going to be easy but I'm sure we're all going to scale through all the huddles by God's grace.
