Similarity Between 2008 Financial Crisis & Now

The charts show us the similarity between 2008 financial crisis and now.

The 2007–2008 financial crisis, or Global Financial Crisis (GFC), was a severe worldwide economic crisis that occurred in the early 21st century. It was the most serious financial crisis since the Great Depression (1929).

There is compare of chart of 2008 and 2023. S&P500 broke up downtrend resistance and lots of investors say that bearish season ended. But 2008 seems horrible.

Is history repeating? If it repeat, big crash is coming soon..

You can see bowl pattern on RSI Indicator in weekly chart of SP500. It is broken down and big crash may happen..

You can see monthly chart of SP500 and middle line of Bollinger Band is going down. 2008 was the last time of this move and It is very hard to reverse the trend of this line.

So, you should be out of the game while this horrible chart seems. It am out of this game for 2 months. I will watch it out of the game.

If we really see new lows in the coming months, this is rather a buying opportunity than anything else. If the SP500 would drop towards 3400 points and below…well that would be shopping time for me. 🛍️
