INTRODUCTION-

My name is Chisom.I am also known as paragonova not to form that am
a badass,but I modified words of wisdom from proverbs 11:25(Let he who has been watered,be water).
I was humbly sent down to salvage Nigeria on the 17th day of july and Yea,on the same day as Angela Merkel.

My childhood was among the best periods of my life,being pampered,not having any cares at all.Not quite a strange story for last norms.

I love food but I am not sure who will see this,so I will settle for the normals;well cooked fried rice, probably with chicken and garnished with what everybody likes,fried plantain.That will do after all I am not the best chef so I won't stress anybody.I also love ukwa with my body,soul and spirit.I can miss my wedding and burial for it.

One of my greatest hobby is football-playing football, watching football, playing football video games, arguing about football,and anything involving football.

Favourite quote of time is "Every finish line begins a new race".

I think my superpower is the art of ignoring negative vibes and bad energy.I focus on things that will make me happy!
And most times they are enough to spur survival.

MY ACADEMIC JOURNEY

I recently graduated from medical school in my home country, and I am a practicing medical doctor in the city of Port- Harcourt, Nigeria. Port Harcourt is particularly known for its wealth in oil, and for years, it has suffered from illegal oil bunkering and unsupervised gas flaring. This poses a major public health problem as it has led to the long-term exposure of the inhabitants of the state to soot and unclean air, and ultimately, has contributed to global warming. This realization led to my interest in public health.

My interest in this field, particularly environmental health, was ignited by the growing prevalence of respiratory tract infections and lung cancer in various health care facilities in the state. As a health care worker, I have been exposed to numerous cases of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Knowing that this problem could be avoided with strong health care policies and proper monitoring of communities that are known for this practice, I joined a campaign which was tagged ‘Curb the Soot’. Together, my team and I successfully educated hundreds of people on the need to be aware of the scourge and dissociate themselves from such practices. Through radio stations., we also beckoned on the government to enforce policies against illegal bunkering.

My medical school education has also prepared me for the public health career in which I have a expressed my interest. The school curriculum covered various public health courses including environmental health, epidemiology of diseases, data analysis and research methods. Under the guidance of my supervisor, I researched on the patterns and outcomes of patients with cervical cancer admitted in the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, a major hospital in the state. This helped me to build my skills in research.

MY HIVE JOURNEY:
Aside from being a medical practitioner I was originally not all that cryptocurrency guy,I was more into tech I.e web development,programming,web design then until my roommate @weirdestwolf introduced me into these new life,the blockchain ecosystem where you could blog,which is what most people do as leisure and get paid for it, he also introduced me into trading and blockchain gaming.Ofcus it has caught my fancy, and hoping to enjoy my time here,meet new people and join new communities too.
Have noticed that the hive ecosystem also strides with soo much investment opportunities aside the blogging aspect,that's why I love it soo much here,infact I have already started playing games on hive like @dcrops,may try other games like hashkings.Am having soo much fun here,as I even intend to invest in a project I saw by @ecoinstant.
