You don't have to participate, the contest is to encourage the Spanish community and not to be left behind in the top of participation.
Your reference is as an example to follow with the commitment on the platform.
In my case I speak Spanish but I use translator although sometimes it does it badly haha. But I certainly think that's what he was referring to.

Thanks for the clarification. I thought he wanted the top 5 commenters to make a post when I first read it. But I could just be tired as I saw the post after finishing a meeting.
