Mylor was meditating in the plains about the combat he had had against Lord of Darkness, he was thinking about his defeat but at the same time how he could be alive after that encounter, in his mind he could not conceive that the master of darkness had left him alive, for him that meant a greater humiliation than being defeated, but Spirit of the Forest appeared to him and made him understand the importance of continuing in this world.

Thank you, said Mylor, do not worry, replied Spirit of the forest, after that he continued saying: Times are not good, you are a great warrior, a little proud but very valuable to our kingdom, as well as your appreciation to all who live here, I can not allow them to die in relief.

They both smiled and the forest spirit began to sing, its melody had a soothing power that gave peace to the whole kingdom, Selena Sky and Gloridax who were nearby heard the melody as well.

The plan was simple, this time they would not attack as in the kingdom of light but some dragons would serve as bait while she and the others went overland without being seen.

The plan began and several riders flew out with their dragons breathing fire from their noses, Selena and Gloridax went without "being seen" to the place where Mylor was waiting for them.

After these words, Gloridax was left in front of him, Mylor said: "Will you fight me?

Selena stopped to the side, when she checked her dragon she noticed that the wounds were deep, then she felt concern for her beast and for her friend who was preparing to face a tough opponent. Una dulce bienvenida

Mylor se encontraba meditando en las llanuras acerca del combate que había tenido contra Lord of Darkness, pensaba en su derrota pero a su vez en cómo podía estar vivo luego de ese encuentro, en su mente no podía concebir que el amo de la oscuridad le hubiese dejado con vida, para el eso significaba una mayor humillación que el ser derrotado, pero Spirit of the Forest se le apareció y le hizo entender la importancia de seguir en este mundo.

Gracias, le dijo Mylor, no te preocupes, respondió Spirit of the forest, luego de eso continúo diciendo: Los tiempos no son buenos, tú eres un gran guerrero, un poco orgulloso pero muy valioso para nuestro reino, asi como tu aprecio a todos los que aquí habitan, no puedo permitir que mueran en desahogo.

Jajaja, sonrió Mylor, “morir en desahogo” que interesante jajaja

Ambos sonrieron y el espíritu del bosque comenzó a cantar, su melodía tenía un poder tranquilizador que daba paz a todo el reino, Selena Sky y Gloridax quienes estaban cerca escucharon la melodía también.

¿Qué es ese canto? Pregunto Gloridax, pero Selena estaba atónita por la dulce voz, era una melodía tan hermosa que no solo ella sino algunos jinetes y dragones se habían relajado. Eso alarmo un poco a Gloridax ya que al observar su entorno noto una tranquilidad muy profunda en su ejército, como si se pudiera palpar, entonces sin dudarlo comenzó a pronunciar un hechizo de protección, lo que no sabía era que al usar su magia esta le delataría.

Para Spirit of the forest que alguien hiciera magia en el reino sin que ella lo notara era algo imposible, su poder llenaba todo el lugar, asi que dejo de cantar.

¿Por qué te detienes? Pregunto Mylor, pero ella solo lo miro y desapareció del lugar. El amo de las espinas se extrañó pero se sentía más tranquilo luego de estar con ella, asi que se sentó a observar el estanque en donde se encontraba.

En la entrada Gloridax hablaba con Selena, ambos estaban un poco confundidos por lo sucedido, pero el efecto del canto de la guardiana no se podía anular, la mayor parte del ejército había perdido su espíritu de pelea, incluso Selena estaba dudosa en continuar con el plan de atacar. El mago comenzó a curar las tropas con su poder mágico y justo cuando lo estaba haciendo Spirit of the Forest apareció frente a ellos.

¿Quiénes son ustedes? Pregunto

Apenas la vieron no dudaron en atacarla, pero las flechas que le arrojaron no tuvieron ningún efecto en ella, los jinetes ordenaron a sus dragones lanzar fuego pero Selena los detuvo con un fuerte: ¡alto!

Déjanos pasar pidió la guerrera de los dragones, mientras que Gloridax con sus manos en la espalda preparaba un ataque sorpresa. Spirit of the forest sintió el uso de magia y se percató de la disposición de los visitantes, razón por la cual grito de una forma estruendosa que los lanzo a todos al suelo. El espanto que sintieron fue tanto que muchos se regresaron y otros atacaban como locos, Gloridax lanzo su magia pero fue repelida, luego de eso Spirit of the forest desapareció; el lugar fue envuelto en un silencio armonioso para sorpresa de los visitantes, lo que ellos ignoraban era que el grito de la mujer misteriosa fue un aviso para todo el reino de tierra, los cuales ya sabían que visitas hostiles habían aparecido.

Gloridax dijo a Selena: Hemos sido debilitados de una forma bastante misteriosa, esa mujer como llego desapareció, imagino que sería ella quien nos atacó con su canto, propongo que avancemos. Estoy de acuerdo respondió Selena Sky, luego dijo a sus tropas: ¡vamos, que comience el ataque!

El plan era simple, esta vez no atacarían como en el reino de la luz sino que algunos dragones servirían de carnada mientras ella y los demás iban por tierra sin ser vistos. El plan dio inicio y varios jinetes salieron volando con sus dragones respirando fuego de sus narices, Selena y Gloridax se adentraron sin “ser vistos” hasta el lugar donde Mylor se encontraba esperándolos.

¡Asi que los dragones existen! Exclamo

¿Quién eres? Pregunto Selena

¿Quién soy? Eso se los debería preguntar yo a ustedes, acabo de ver pasar unos dragones que se dirigían hacia el palacio, y juzgando por sus acciones no creo que vengan en son de paz, asi que en vez de preguntar, dedícate a responder, ¿Quiénes son ustedes y que vienen a hacer acá?

Gloridax sonrió, luego dio orden para que los jinetes se adelantasen mientras él y Selena se encargaban de su anfitrión. Mylor los dejo pasar, no podía enfrentar a muchos, pero les había preparado una sorpresa más adelante en el camino.

Te aconsejo que nos dejes pasar, pronuncio el mago, pero Mylor sonrió y le dijo: De nada vale arruinar la diversión, además de que sirve pasar y luego caer atrapados.

Al oír esto se afanaron un poco, pues asumieron que sus jinetes y los demás podrían estar en problemas, asi que decidieron atacar a Mylor y avanzar. Selena dijo a su Dragón; ve, y en ese instante volaron hacia Mylor, pero este evadió su ataque y logro herir a la bestia con sus espinas.

Cuando vieron al dragón herido se asombraron, pero Selena estaba molesta, entonces lanzaron fuego pero este no surtió efecto alguno. Gloridax pensó que alguien lo estaba protegiendo, entonces pidió a Selena que lo bajara del dragón para el luchar directamente contra Mylor.

Este sujeto es fuerte, lo venceré, tu cura las heridas de tu bestia.

Luego de estas palabras, Gloridax fue dejado frente a él, Mylor le dijo: ¿lucharas contra mí?

Si, respondió el mago, acabare contigo y luego seguiremos con nuestro ataque. Selena se detuvo a un costado, cuando reviso a su dragón noto que las heridas fueron profundas, entonces sintió preocupación por su bestia y por su amigo quien se preparaba para enfrentar un duro rival. ¿Quién es este hombre? ¿Por qué son tan fuertes? ¿Acaso las profecías son falsas? Estas y otras preguntas divagaban en su mente mientras el combate estaba por comenzar.
