Decisiones por un mejor mañana

Luego de oír la voz de Lux Vega algunos de los presentes sintieron que no estaban solos en esta lucha, otros dudaron y una minoría creía que todo había sido un plan de Lord of Darkness para hacerlos bajar la guardia, indiferentemente de cuáles eran sus pensamientos todos debían tomar una decisión, o formaban parte de la alianza propuesta o se hacían a un lado, lo cierto es que no podían mantenerse en estado neutral.

Lord of Darkness les dijo que el hecho de que Lux Vega se hubiese manifestado en la forma que lo hizo era una muestra convincente acerca de lo que estaba sucediendo y lo por venir, razón por la cual tenían que unirse a la lucha contra el imperio Dragón, Scarred estuvo de acuerdo y manifestó su deseo de participar, Peakrider al oírlo alzo su voz y le pregunto al amo de la oscuridad cuales serían los términos de la alianza.

Este le contesto lo siguiente: En nuestro caso debemos a toda costa evitar las peleas entre nosotros, las disputas personales deben cesar, nuestro reino está abierto para cuando quieran venir, y sobretodo compartir la información, no guardar secretos.

Peakrider le oyó e hizo un gesto de cierta incomodidad, luego les dijo que la intromisión en reinos ajenos no era su problema, pero que no quería a ningún espectro en su reino. Scarred intervino y dijo lo siguiente: Las reglas de una alianza deben ser igual para todos, si bien la privacidad y las relaciones con el reino de muerte no son las mejores, esta puede ser una oportunidad para que mejoremos en ese aspecto, de nuestra parte no tenemos inconvenientes en recibirlos.

Yodin asintió y afirmo que para el cualquier visita es aceptada, incluyendo la de los dragones, pero esto último lo dijo para disminuir la tensión, luego se dirigió a Valnamor y le pregunto: ¿Tu qué piensas? ¿Podemos ir a nadar en tus aguas marinas? Valnamor sonrió y les dijo, en mi reino todos son bienvenidos, solo deben seguir nuestras reglas, de esa forma no existirá ningún inconveniente.

Al terminar de hablar el asunto de la alianza estaba prácticamente sellado, sin embargo había uno que no estaba del todo de acuerdo, era Akanju, tenía ante sus ojos y a su alcance a Kain Hace, un enemigo declarado, previamente habían luchado pero Kain luego de acabar con sus soldados había desaparecido, por lo que le era sumamente difícil aceptar esta propuesta de alianza. Razón por la cual decidió hablar: El tema de la alianza es razonable, pero y que de las deudas con nuestros enemigos, ¿Cómo serán pagadas?, particularmente tengo asuntos pendientes con Kain Hace desde que decidió acabar con unos soldados en la mina sin razón alguna, sus almas reclaman desde el más allá que les haga justicia, ¿cómo puedo no hacerlo en este momento? Luego de eso saco su arma y se preparó para atacar a Kain.

Yodin al verlo tan resuelto le detuvo, y le dijo: Las disputas personales no están permitidas dentro de la alianza, así que tranquilízate. Akanju estaba en un aprieto, revelarse ante Yodin su señor le podría traer la muerte, pero su ira e indignación por lo sucedido en el pasado le cegaba, entonces Kain se pronunció y les dijo: Déjalo venir, un alma más o un alma menos para este mundo no hará la diferencia.

Cuando Akanju oyó tales palabras no se pudo contener y cuando iba a atacar recibió un golpe en el estómago que lo dejo sin fuerzas y noqueado en el suelo, su señor lo había dejado sin fuerzas. Luego de este evento los demás reinos también se pronunciaron y despidieron dejando claro que la alianza era un hecho, iban a bajar las armas entre ellos con la finalidad de obtener la victoria común. En el camino Peakrider sostuvo una conversación con Scarred donde le pregunto porque no había revelado el escondite del imperio Dragón, Scarred le dijo que aún no lo había encontrado pero el lugar donde había perdido el rastro podía ser una pista de donde se encontraba.

Luego dijo: Me haría bien tu ayuda, porque no vas con Rennyn y me lo hacen saber. Peakrider le miro y le respondió: eres demasiado astuto, pero está bien, me interesa saber dónde se encuentra este imperio, Rennyn acompáñame, es momento que demos un paseo. El príncipe sonrió y se subió a su caballo, entonces Peakrider despidió a su gente dejándolos a cargo de Paladium y alzo vuelo hacia el lugar que Scarred le indico.

Por otro lado, en Alter Pretoria Lux Vega estaba contenta, esta alianza era un paso gigante en su lucha contra el imperio Dragón, su fiel sirviente y amigo Golem Chain la veía y sonreía a causa de su gozo, luego Lux Vega comenzó a cantar y a recordar aquellos tiempos cuando en su niñez Pretoria era una sola, en su mente muchos momentos hermosos comenzaron a aparecer, algunos ya conocidos en este tiempo pero otros que jamás han hecho su incursión, lo cierto es que el enigma detrás de su persona estaba más cerca de ser revelado, y su lucha por volver a ver el cielo lleno de estrellas pronto dejaría de ser una ilusión.
