[ESP-ENG] Berenjena Horneadas / Baked Eggplant

Las berenjenas ofrecen múltiples posibilidades para su preparación, una de mis favoritas es al horno ya que, es una receta fácil y rápida de preparar, además de ser una opción saludable que nos permite acompañar cualquier plato. Así con pocos ingredientes obtenemos un producto sencillo y delicioso, a continuación, este paso a paso que espero disfruten.

Eggplants offer multiple possibilities for their preparation, one of my favorites is baked since it is an easy and quick recipe to prepare, as well as being a healthy option that allows us to accompany any dish. So with few ingredients we get a simple and delicious product, then this step by step that I hope you enjoy.

Ingredientes:
• 1 berenjena
• 3 dientes de ajo
• Sal al gusto
• ¼ de taza de aceite
• Albahaca

Ingredients:
• 1 eggplant
• 3 garlic cloves
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup of oil
• Basil

Paso 1
Iniciamos precalentando el horno a 200 ºC.

Step 1
We start by preheating the oven to 200 ºC.

Paso 2
Cortamos el tallo de la berenjena y luego la cortamos a la mitad. A cada una de las partes, le realizamos cortes transversales en ambos sentidos, realizando una especie de cuadrícula.

Step 2
We cut the stem of the eggplant and then cut it in half. To each of the parts, we make transversal cuts in both directions, making a kind of grid.

Paso 3
En una tabla de madera cortamos pequeñita la albahaca, y el ajo.

Step 3
On a wooden board, we cut the basil and garlic small.

Paso 4
En una taza colocamos el aceite, el ajo, la albahaca y la sal. Mezclamos bien.

Step 4
In a cup place the oil, garlic, basil and salt. We mix well.

Paso 5
con la ayuda de una cuchara comenzamos a verter la mezcla anterior en los cortes realizados con antelación a la berenjena. Colocamos en una bandeja y llevamos al horno aproximadamente 25 minutos.

Step 5
with the help of a spoon we begin to pour the previous mixture into the cuts that we made before. Place on a tray and bake for about 25 minutes.
