[ESP-ENG] Mis grandes expectativas para la comunidad de HiveCuba ❣ My high hopes for the HiveCuba community

he aquí responderé a cada interrogante:

¿ Cuál es la mejor manera desde tu punto de vista para invitar a un cubano a HIVE y porqué crees que puede ayudarlos estar acá?

Actualmente no me queda claro si los que están dentro de Cuba están usando esta plataforma; y lo digo por las restricciones que puedan tener debido al sistema político que hay desde hace años en la isla; pero en Venezuela hay una gran cantidad de hermanos cubanos, a los que puedo ayudar haciéndoles la invitación a que conozcan este mundo, son personas muy inteligentes y con ganas de superarse, la mayoría o casi todos llegaron al pais por convenios gubernamentales para ayudar en materia de salud, es decir son médicos, pero realmente en cuba tengo entendido no cobran un salario acorde con su labor y en Venezuela la ayuda que les dan no les alcanza, aunado a todo esto creo que puedo invitar alguno a pasearse por aquí, mostrarle como generar ingresos con la creación de contenidos y estoy mas segura que si le facilitamos el uso del internet para su desarrollo van a mejorar su calidad de vida, pues como lo dije al principio ellos son muy inteligentes.

¿Qué tipos de concursos t gustarían dentro de la comunidad @hivecuba?

Por ejemplo este tipo de iniciativas en cuanto a las expectativas es bueno para desarrollar temas interesantes; pudiéramos hacer un concurso de dibujo, maquillaje, canto o talento, exposiciones reales en video de la esencia de la cultura cubana, elaboración del tabaco, la siembra de caña de azúcar, es decir temas de actividades genuinas de la isla pero que también involucren a miembros de otras comunidades.

¿Qué actividades te gustaría que hiciera @hivecuba en sus canales de telegram y discord ?

Pareciera mentira pero estos canales se han convertido en vías conexión con el mundo, una gran masa de usuarios a diario interactúan por este medio, y creo que desde alli se puede impulsar el desarrollo de esta comunidad a través de informaciones constantes de todas las actividades que se realicen en @hivecuba, estoy segura que a muchos sin ser cubanos les va a interesar y de seguro se sumen a las iniciativas.

¿Cómo ves a la comunidad de @hivecuba dentro de unos años ?

Aun sigo con la duda y la interrogante, porque no se si los cubanos que están en su pais tienen absceso a esta plataforma, pero independientemente esto va ir creciendo cada día, actualmente somos casi 100 usuarios, parece poco pero es bastante, y si todos nos proponemos a sumar a través de campañas como esta idea de @fabiodc el crecimiento será indetenible, lamentablemente en Venezuela son pocos los cubanos que tienen absceso continuo al internet, pero esto no detendrá la marcha y los avances, yo aspiro para diciembre poder tener mas de mil miembros en esta comunidad.

¿Cómo ayudarías a la comunidad?

A hive se llega para crecer y ese debe ser objetivo de toda persona que se registra en esta plataforma, mi forma de ayudar es sumando a personas emprendedoras con deseos de superarse tanto en económico como en lo personal, mi invitación no seria, nada mas a los de nacionalidad cubana, sino al resto de los latinos que están aquí, a mis paisanos venezolanos decirles a diario que amor con amor, se paga pues debemos retribuir todo lo que nos han ayudado los cubanos en Venezuela con medicina y atención medica, yo misma creare concursos e iniciativas para incentivar a mucha gente a que se acerquen a esta comunidad y un sin fin de ideas para el desarrollo que si las dejo plasmadas aquí no termino. Lo importantes es comenzar y ya lo hicimos, ahora queda es trabajar duro... Saludos desde Venezuela el pais de las oportunidades...

is the best way from your point of view to invite a Cuban to HIVE and why do you think it can help them to be here?

At the moment it is not clear to me if those who are inside Cuba are using this platform; and I say this because of the restrictions they may have due to the political system that has been in place for years on the island; But in Venezuela there are a great number of Cuban brothers and sisters, to whom I can help by inviting them to get to know this world, they are very intelligent and eager to improve themselves, most or almost all of them came to the country through governmental agreements to help in health matters, that is to say they are doctors, But really in Cuba I understand that they do not receive a salary according to their work and in Venezuela the help they are given is not enough, in addition to all this I think I can invite some to walk around here, show them how to generate income with the creation of content and I am more sure that if we facilitate the use of the internet for their development they will improve their quality of life, because as I said at the beginning they are very smart.

What kind of contests would you like within the @hivecuba community?

For example, this type of initiative in terms of expectations is good to develop interesting topics; we could make a drawing, make-up, singing or talent contest, real video exhibitions of the essence of Cuban culture, tobacco elaboration, sugar cane planting, that is to say, topics of genuine activities of the island but that also involve members of other communities.

What activities would you like @hivecuba to do in its telegram and discord channels?

It may seem unbelievable but these channels have become a connection with the world, a great mass of users interact daily through this medium, and I think that from there you can promote the development of this community through constant information of all the activities that take place in @hivecuba, I am sure that many without being Cubans will be interested and will surely join the initiatives.

How do you see the @hivecuba community in a few years?

I still have doubts and questions, because I do not know if Cubans in their country have access to this platform, but independently this will grow every day, we are currently almost 100 users, it seems little but it is enough, and if we all propose to join through campaigns like this idea of @fabiodc the growth will be unstoppable, unfortunately in Venezuela there are few Cubans who have continuous access to the internet, but this will not stop the march and progress, I aspire to have more than a thousand members in this community by December.

How would you help the community?

My way of helping is by adding enterprising people with the desire to improve themselves both economically and personally. My invitation would not only be to those of Cuban nationality, but to the rest of the Latinos who are here, I myself will create contests and initiatives to encourage many people to get closer to this community and an endless number of ideas for development that if I leave them here I will not finish.
