Are you posting the same content on each site, or different content? Or are you publishing to your blog and having it pushed to all your sites? I have no idea how I could try to manage several sites at once.

I'm writing bigger articles here on Leo and everywhere else - I'm only sharing a pic and a link to my Leo article.
As for micro-blogs, I'm using Torum, Twitter, and Noise as I can write a sentence or two and get rewarded. It's hard at first to manage all of it but once you get into a rhythm, it gets really nice!
