Now that the foundation of our mental health advocacy is set, it's time to dive into the practical steps of starting up the BTC - Break The Chains Shirt in the Philippines. I will document the necessary requirements and plans for managing the campaign.

Registering BTC - Break The Chains Shirt

Registering the distribution is essential for operating legally. In the Philippines, I need to register with either the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This will increase credibility and make sure that everything is well-kept and monitored.

Source Quality Materials and Suppliers

Identify suppliers for the t-shirt materials, including fabrics, inks, labels, and packaging. Look for suppliers that provide high-quality materials at competitive prices. Research and compare multiple suppliers to ensure we are getting the best value for your money.

Design and Printing

Collaborate with graphic designers or artists to create unique and impactful designs that align with our advocacy. Ensure that the designs are original and resonate with your target audience. Once the designs are finalized, find a reliable printing service that offers quality printing options, such as screen printing or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

Determine Pricing and Fund Margins

Calculate the costs involved in producing each shirt, including materials, printing, packaging, and shipping. Factor in your funds for production and advocacy plans.

Building Online Presence

Amplify our message by sharing the campaign on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, reaching out to friends and family, and encouraging them to join the cause. Use hashtags like #BreakTheChains, and #MentalHealthAwareness to raise visibility and engage a wider audience.

Establish Fulfillment and Delivery Systems

I am planning to start the distribution here in the Philippines but I also want to reach as many friends as I can worldwide. This can be possible by partnering up with awesome people in HIVE and sharing the management of the structure with our friends in HIVE.

Fundraising through NFT sales or tokens.

I am also planning to mint NFT designs that support the cause to have another means of funding the projects inlined with our campaign. I am thinking of auctions and sales, supporters who will win the auctions and sales challenge will have their HIVE usernames in the design and will have a special place on the printed shirts to be distributed.

There is a long way to go, I thank the whole HIVE community for showing support in our advocacy campaign. This will be my priority project in the remaining days and I will make sure that our advocacy will be a success.
