One of the four I pulled up in a google image search @cool08 had a disclaimer on it that stated that it may have a copyright on it, yeah, not sure but I found this one and if this is the true owner you cannot justify using it for free, as they are selling it; unless he's stolen it or has permission to use it:

The permissions under Google tools have no listing for creative commons licenses or commercial & other licenses.
If worse comes to worse, just make a statement at the bottom of the post that no copyright infringement was intentional, and if there are issues you would pull the photo immediately. Chances are no one is going to say anything, but just to be on the safe side, I would do that as a last resort. Remember that you are monetizing this post, which means you get paid for it. Don't want to see anyone in any trouble.
