The last LPUD this year while reaching my HP goal for the year 4,5K 🦁🐝💪

Hello Lions, Cubs, and Hivers!

A few days ago, I reached my annual goal of 4,500 HP. And since then, I've been meaning to share the news with the Saturdays Savers Club but haven't had the chance to do it. So I'm taking the opportunity today in my entry post for Leo Power Up Day.

I'm super chuffed to have achieved my HP goal despite the difficult circumstances I've been going through the last few weeks. And even though I didn't manage to become a newborn cub this month, as was my goal, I'm happy to be able to participate in the last LPUD of 2022. And this also means that I have been able to participate in all the LPUDs that have taken place this year.

So before I move on to LPUD, let me report back on how my savings goals have been going with only a couple of weeks left in the year.

Of my primary goals, I have already reached the HP. And for Leo, I don't think I will achieve it. But given the circumstances and that my activity has not been the same in the last few weeks, I consider it an achievement to have come so close and to be able to join the LPUD today.

For the rest of the tokens, for now, I will continue to let them grow organically without setting major goals.

And now, back to business, let's do my Leo Power Up.

Powering up LEO on December 15

Before doing power up, my LEO (LP) was 1,579.015. I was able to make a power up of 200.518 LEO

My LEO staked now is 1,779.533.

Why participate in the LPUD?

The more Leo's at stake, the stronger the den gets. And as we grow our LP, we increase the value of our vote and our influence in the chain. So at the end of the day, all of us who have an interest in Leofinance and the Leo ecosystem win.

But also, if we power up today and meet the qualification criteria, we are eligible for various prizes in LEO delegations. See the official announcement for LPUD's prizes.

But this time, that's not all. It seems that Santa LEO is coming to town. The Leofinance team behind the LPUD has offered to match the amount of our power up over a three-week delegation. So Christmas has come early to the den, and this is a great opportunity not to be missed.

I was hoping to participate in LPUD this month, but I haven’t posted anything through Leofinance and my order was not filled either, so I’ll just let it collect for the next one 😁

I've gotten a good part of the Leos by trading other layers 2 tokens. So far I've found it hard to get the full Leo just by posting, but I guess you can if you become very active. But my priority so far is to grow my HP and increase the value of my vote.

Ahh, Eli, you know I’m such a hoarder 😂 I love to keep all those second layer tokens to get enough stake so I can also tip others 😁

That’s a great way of doing it though. I also got myself a little bit of LeoMegaMiner to see if I can mine some Leo, but I didn’t read enough about it, cause I get nothing yet. I also have alivem miner and that one works well for mining.

I love all those second layer token and what you can do with them. Such a huge and complex environment. I wanna write more about crypto too, but nature articles seems to just write themselves without much effort, so for now I stick with those !lolz 😁

And I also wanna prioritise growing my HP stake, but then I get distracted with games 😂

Well, to tell you the truth, I bought most of the Leo I have by selling other tokens I have earned. And delegating some HP to leo.voter also helps a bit. I don't post much on Leofinance to earn a lot of Leo;)

Congrats my friend for this big achievement on time! So it must be a good year for you on Hive, hope next will be even better!
One question, that LEO power up thing... Is it possible to power up those other tokens? All that token world still not well known.... 😅

Many of the second-layer tokens can be staked. When you log into your account in Hive Engine or view it in Peakd, you can pull down the tab next to each token and see if you can power them up. If you have doubts and need help, write me anytime on Discord.
