Process is a series of action or steps taken in order to achieve a particular goal. This means that in other to be successful in what ever a man desires, he needs to follow some processes to achieve them. Process is indispensable to success in every area of life.

Everyone wishes to wake up someday as a wealthy, famous and powerful man, with numerous investments, and employees. It’s never a wrong thing to wish for greatness, but the problem comes when one is not willing to follow the dew process, the problem comes when one wants to suddenly become a billionaire in a day by bypassing the process attached to the rewards

Ideas without planning and implementation are mere wishes.
If wishes were horses, beggars would ride, they say. As a matter of fact if wishes were horses, every one would either be rich or dead considering the heart of men. But fortunately and unfortunately, wishes are not horses, so in other to bring wishes to reality, one must be willing to implement his or her ideas, following the importance processes and never give up.

The nature of Process
When protocol is been followed, it might not seem like it will result in promising destinations, it might seem slower as if it is taking longer than expected, but while being patient, one is automatically creating a strong ground in preparation for the better days ahead.

For example when a tree is planted, for the first two to three years, it might look like nothing is happening on the surface, whereas the tree is taking it’s time to strengthen it’s roots under the ground. When it becomes strong enough to hold the tree in any weather, the tree starts to grow on the surface.

When a wind, capable of uprooting plants that grew tall in months blows, trees with such strong roots never gets uprooted. So for every business you have started from scratch and every struggle that doesn’t look promising till now, never give up, know that it is undergoing a process of time and that the price for greatness is currently being paid.

What differs the successful and others are:-
The successful people build on their ideas over time, they understand that answers are not just derived without solving some problems, and they never underestimate the importance of process and protocols. While the unsuccessful look for ways to bypass the law of process, looking for shortcuts to success.

Trying to cheat life’s law of process is like patching a game to unlock all the stages and equipments.

Games are made to challenge one’s intelligence. Every single stage in a game challenges harder than the previous one, and when each stages are completed one learns more and improves more on skills thereby making one better and prepared for the next level, the same as life experiences.

When someone patches a game to unlock all its stages, the game automatically becomes useless as it would no longer portray its purpose. The player might enjoy moving around in the game without having the characters to challenge him from going to the next stage, but he has deprived himself from the lessons that should have been learnt. With time, the game becomes boring to him till he would finally abandon it. An adage in my language say what we don’t work for does not last but the work of our hands would always be there for us. Technically speaking, when we do not work for something, we do not value it wish makes us liable to loose it at any time.

What is the importance of life when there are no problems to be solved, or the importance of school if there are no examinations to be written to prepare students for higher level? No star wakes up one day being a star, no billionaire wakes up one day being a billionaire without undergoing a process of accumulating wealth and building for the future.

Success is not an end point, success is a journey and a process of being better over time.
