Portrait drawing. STAN LEE

Hello, my friends across the entire hive blog-chain. It’s been a great day so far. Today I made a portrait drawing of the legendary Stan lee of the Marvel comics. Stan Lee was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer before he died on the 12th of November 2018.

He was a man who made our childhood so lively and full of great imaginations. He is said to have 300 comic characters in which 60 were superheroes of the marvel comics, including the Ironman, X-men, Hulk and many more.

One of the reason why I so much cherish this piece of artwork is, I decided to reduce the amount of ink I burn while drawing thereby still retaining the quality of my artwork, and after I have been able to achieve this, I realized that although it feels like fun while sketching, other things do happen underground while sketching. With every single sketch, there is an additional knowledge, we learn more as we sketch, and also we get our hands perfect the more. As they say, practice makes perfection.
