Antwerp vs Charleroi
Antwerp is in 4th place 2 points ahead of Charleroi and with a match more to play. Antwerp will be missing importnat defender De Laet and Also Seck who plays the Afrika Cup. They don't seem to suffer from Covid cases and are quite complete. Charleroi Will be without their 1st Goalkeeper Koffi and Zorgane who are in the Afrika Cup and also have no Covid problems so it should be a pretty straightforward match. Charleroi did lose key striker Nicholson who made a transfer which should have an impact on their goals. So far they have been the most overish away team in the league going 9W-1L against the asian over line. They also tend to be better in away matches where they are free to play a counter-style game. Antwerp has been a team that managed to beat their lines at a good rate this season (12W-6.5L. My main lean is on the over but I have no rush getting anything in on this match and will just wait it out to see what the in-game match picture shows before taking anything.

Eupen vs Cercle Brugge
Eupen is struck by many covid cases but they are not releasing the info aside from that 14 players and 2 staff members got it. They asked for the match to be delayed since, among the players, there are no 7 that at least played 33% of the total match time this season. The line on Cercle opened at 2.50 but got pushed down to 1.90 by now who had a good run before the winter break getting outside of the direct danger zone. Eupen on the other hand went in the opposite direction with 4 losses and 1 win in their last 5 games with the win coming against Beerschot who are last. Cercle scored 2 goals in all 5 of their last 5 matches while Eupen got at least 2 goals against in 4 of their last 5. I did take 0.3 units on
Cercle Brugge Team Total Over 1.5 @ 1.920. Eupen at home lost 3 out of the last 4 corner matchups all against non-top-teams while Cercle has done ok on them. Given the fact that Cercle is the favorite and the team that should play forward from the start going for the win against Eupen who are struck by covid, I also took 0.2 units on

Anderlecht vs Standard
Anderlecht has actually been playing quite good for a while now and once they take the lead, more goals tend to follow. They are without Kouamé today who is at the Afrika Cup but are pretty complete and with no covid worries from what it looks like. Standard has been a mess this season and just hasn't been good enough. They have been the team I think I opposed the most since they still seem to be estimated as a top team on the betting market. They did some transfers during the Winter with Emond (who came back after not playing as much with his team), Dewaele who played for Kortrijk, Van Damme who had injury issues and did not play all matches for Mechelen, and Cafaro who I don't know. Their main aim is to bring a better mentality in the team since they don't have the money to really buy the needed quality. Amallah, Fai, Sissako are in the Afrika Cup and one of their better players Siquet left for Freiburg. Overall Anderlecht should be the team with more quality and I expect Standard to play a style mostly annoying and breaking down Anderlecht making a lot of faults. I did take a 1000 TRX crypto bet

Anderlecht 1st Half Corners -1 @ 1.810 since they should be the team going forward from the start with Standard defending and luring on the counters.
Racing Genk vs Beerschot
All hope for Beerschot is pretty much lost since they are last with 10 points behind just not having shown enough quality to really indicate that they can go on a winning run. They lost their last 5 games and were unable to score a single goal even losing 0-7 to Anderlecht. Genk is currently only in 9th place and they will be missing their top striker who won the Best Player of the league award Onuachu. Genk near the end of January will miss a lot of players from South America for 3 matches, they all still will play today and winning is a must so I do expect them to have the needed focus. This is one of those matches where I see a high likelihood that a win easily could be a big one. I'm willing to lose 0.25 units on
Genk -2 @ 3.090 and I will be looking to possibly take more in-game.
