Not the best day on Saturday making some mistakes that I could have avoided and also not having luck on my side as the main Bet with Kortrijk +0.25 was a match that could have gone both ways over 90 minutes. Anyway, I'm still up over +0.7 units on the week but it sucks to have given most of what was won during the cup matches back. I have pressed the mental reset button and will move on to the 4 matches on Sunday...

Stvv vs Racing Genk

So the pattern of Stvv these past weeks always has been the same. They play all their matches with extreme defensive intentions aiming for a 0-0 draw not really creating much themselves and at some point in the game they make a small defensive mistake that gets punished after which the floodgates open as they need to take risks. This got them to lose their last 3 matches and the approach against Genk likely will be the same. Genk knows this and will take an approach of patience waiting for the inevitable mistake. I took 0.25 units on Genk 1st Half -0.5 Corners @ 1.980, 0.152 units on Genk -1 Corners @ 1.970, 0.078 units on Genk -0.5 Corners @ 1.75, and 0.1 units on 1st Half Under 0.5 Goals @ 2.968 which I aim to take profit on when there is no goal in the first 10-15 minutes. I also took crypto bet of 60$ on more goals in 2nd Half and 20$ on Equal Goals in Both Halves @ 3.30 both on Rollbit.com and it is also available on Betfury.io

Antwerp vs Mechelen

Both played a cup match and qualified with Antwerp having the disadvantage of playing 2 days later and having done overtime and penalties. So this match is a prelude to the cup final. Antwerp plays for their spot in Playoff 1 while Mechelen should be safe and is somewhere in a no-man's land zone. Alderweireld got injured again which is a big blow for Antwerp defensively and also De Laet is suspended. Mechelen is more complete and are just without Schoofs on the midfield. Overall Both have had ok form but Antwerp is the team with more quality. I do expect a match where the drive forward and the will to win will be bigger than the fear to lose. My main lean is on the over but I'm not comfortable with the 2.75 line. No Pre-Game Bets

AA Gent vs Anderlecht

This is another tricky match between AA Gent who need points for their fight toward playoff 1 and Anderlecht who aim to get inside playoff 2. AA Gent still is missing a ton of players while Anderlecht also has some key players with Vertonghen and Dreyer questionable. Both have ok form but Gent at home has better home form compared to the Anderlecht away form. The many questionable players along with the overall intention of both teams which for me is still unknown in that they are going to go for the win no matter what. I will wait for the final line-ups and see how the match goes before possibly taking anything. No Pre-Game Bets

Union vs Eupen

Union lost their cup match and failed to quality which puts them in a bad streak as they also failed to win in the league in the last 3 games where they lost agains Westerlo and Standard while not getting further than a draw against Club Brugge which all are good opponents. Today they play against Relegation candidate team Eupen at home. The odds indicate that this will be the match where Union breaks the bad streak and uses Eupen as the team to set a statement against. I'm more leaning to the bad streak to continue and if the line on Eupen gets to +2 at 1.75+ odds it would make me willing to take the gamble on them. For now, I'm just going to stay away so, No Pre-Game Bets
