Market Overview
It looks like some of the ultra low-cap gambling altcoins started moving last month (Scorum +100% | Decent.bet +87% | Zensports +115% | Degens +74%) and as the crypto bull run continues some of these altcoins do have a lot of potential to go up since not that much money is needed to make them skyrocket.
Some of the news items in October 2021...
It looks like there was an update in Augur Turbo and they managed to increase the overall liquidity with a Liquidity Mining Program. Read: "Polygon Bolsters Augur Betting Platform with $1M Liquidity Program
I still very much like the concept of Augur Turbo (even though it doesn't seem to have any functionality for the REP Cryptocurrency). I'm quite sure that the high odds ofference on Augur Turbo with the liquidity pools that don't quickly adjust can be taken advantage of to place quite some bets with a positive expected value and I will look to start using it again to hopefully make some profit along the way. I still think they can make everything a lot more user-friendly though and the 'no bet' option still feels kind of strange to me along with some other features that could be a lot better from the point of view of the liquidity provider. Still the concept is top-notch and could really rival the existing bookmaking model similar to how Uniswap and decentralized exchanges are rivaling the centralized options.
Wagerr now is back at its highest supply as sports bettors that are using the Wagerr Sportsbook continue to win against the house. Overall, the extra WGR that was minted only adds up to 480k dollar worth of WGR so it's not all too much in crypto terms. My bigger concern right now is that there has been a lack in updates even though everything is still working properly. Overall betting volume is again on the rise which at least is a good thing but broader adoption similar to most crypto betting dapps is not yet happening.

Not that many people are talking about Tron anymore these days and they do what they have always have done which is see what is hot and try to jump on the bandwagon. This time this is play2earn gaming which saw them launch https://www.winnfthorse.io/ which looks to be an Axie type game with race horses that can be bread. It is supposed to use WIN as its cryptocurrency even though I don't really have the details on it yet.
Very similar story for Scorum (SRC) who's team has done no development whatsoever during the entire bear and bull cycle. Now that the current bull run comes to its peak, they are jumping on the play2earn hype hoping to get some $$$ out of it. While Betscorum surprisingly is still up and running offering an excellent solution for betting, everyone pretty much has left and nobody is using it because the devs have lost all their credibility a long time ago.
I still stay far away from scorum and the only thing that could potentially change my mind is the project being taken over by another devs team.
Betfury.io is turning 2 years and things are going quite good for them as they offer one of the more streamlined gambling experiences out there with a really user-friendly website and a nice reward program. The money they manage to generate is also quite nice which results in good dividends for BFG Token holders.
They will be having a 2-year anniversary event and there will be a 500k giveaway giving spins that contain prices to their players during the next 2 weeks.

do you know any betting systems where you dont have to spend your crypto?

You can in a way do that on Betfury.io
If you have BFG on their site you will earn daily dividends that you can directly use to gamble if you want. By playing you will also earn more BFG.
Here are the returns I have been getting (I don't gamble but cost-average bought BFG to get the dividends)
That could be a solution if you want to gamble while not losing the crypto you initially bought even though the price goes up and down. Same thing can be done on Sportbet.one even though I'm not sure if SBET can easily be bought now and on Wink.org

It is quite interesting idea, I enjoyed it especially minimum is some 0.00000001 of a cent or so. Shame there is no sports betting (they dont provide the service in country I live in)
I hope whole industry goes into this direction.
