Success And Vision Aligned All In One
The Hive blockchain is a strange beast as many have come to conquer only to leave with their tail between their legs. I think the expectations by the ones that left were just too high and didn't take the time to understand what it actually takes to succeed. Once you understand you just know what is needed and that is time.
Taking the time to understand what Hive really is and what is required in order to grow is not that easy to spot unless you have some vision. If you had to break down your growth over the years of applied consistency then it is that much clearer.
I have mentioned before that it took a year to achieve a hard earned 3000 Hive Power without any help from bid bots as I had no understanding of how they worked. The getting rid of bit bots was probably the last straw for so many as that is what they relied on for their growth. This changed the community more than you can imagine as the successful community orientated users carried on as per normal.
Everyone who has been here for sometime will have similar traits to others and that is a want or desire to succeed. Mine it was more of a personal challenge to see if I could make it as this was a tough nut to crack. For someone who hates social media and never had a Face Book account this was seriously out of my comfort zone.
The users that have left over the years just couldn't see the growth struggles that everyone else was also going through. Many of my early posts were posts of encouragement not for others but for myself as I hate to be beaten by something.
One has to take the price out of the equation as something at $8 dropping down to 7c would be enough to depress and demoralize anyone. The vision is to see beyond this as why would price matter unless you were selling. The truth is Hive is a long haul commitment and not a few months or even a few years as it has proven by those who have stuck it out and have surpassed 5 years.
I would love to see on Hive Buzz a stat for the time frame for the age of time accounts months/years have been on here as it would be a real eye opener. The majority that have been here for any length of time will no doubt still be around in 5 or 10 years from now. These are the users who will succeed and had the vision to realise what was truly on offer.
Anything worthwhile in life takes time to persevere and push through the testing times and in most cases succeeding. The accounts that abandoned their dreams failed to grasp the basics as their vision was so far away from reality they didn't have a hope in hell of achieving anything.

A man without vision get it hard to succeed. When you have the vision thing will be at ease for you to stay over many years in Hive blockchain, that is you realize the dream and get along with it. Though it hard when building the account but commitment and vision is the key. When you have the vision definitely you'll have the growth.
