Success Is Inevitable

In a post last night @niallon11 mentioned that there are a core group of users on Hive who are growing and believes achieving 100K Hive Power and above is inevitable. I tend to agree with his assessment as why would they stop growing now?

There are a group of users that have been here for 3-5 years now that missed the first massive pump in prices and that have held through the last bull run to keep growing their accounts.

They will end up with 100K of Hive and more over the next couple of years. It's inevitable really if they keep up the hard work.

@niallon11's post from last night Making the most of the market downturn.

The reality is there are many on Hive who have seen the light and know how to grow. This takes time to understand as Hive has a massive learning curve which once understood allows you to develop and progress. This is why taking the time to build your foundation understanding the token economics along with how the entire Hive eco system works is crucial.

Turning up each day is only half the job as the other half is how you use the time available. I still don't understand why many end up sitting on discord for hours when surely reading content and curating is more important.

Posting quality topics that interest you is also important along with spending the time curating and reading posts properly giving a well thought out comment that adds to the post. This is just doing the basics well which is the consistency required in order to grow.

I do think this group that @niallon11 is talking about benefitted from not only the Bear Market and seeing the effects it had on the Hive Blockchain with many users leaving but gave them a clear vision. At the time we had a secret growth weapon in the form of the Red Fish League which pitted you up against others mapping your growth. This seriously helped me and many others grinding out the results.

This Red Fish League was thanks to @paulag and @abh12345 who helped grow the middle class community we see today. This was on the go when many were leaving and only proves what consistency can do.

As you can see growth was not easy as we never had tribes back then and I am proud of what was achieved. 425 Hive in 14 weeks was actually a good result and is good to see some names who are still present today. Many others later graduated from this program and gave them the basic skills to not only survive, but grow into valuable members of the Hive community.

I think this makes more sense after seeing this that it is inevitable that many will make the 100K Hive Power mark over the next few years as they don't know anything else but growth.

When hard work is backed up with consistency, success is probably to follow also. I wish I have joined hive blockchain 3 years ago

I want to keep on building and reach that 100k HP too. But first, let me start with hitting the 1k HP marker. :)

Indeed, if we focus on growing, then the only way is up.

Takes me back :)

I wonder how many of those in the Red Fish table above are still around today, and how their accounts look these days. Hopefully we've got a few well on the way to 100k.

Quite scary that was over 3-4 years ago now. I think there are quite a few around and would be good to check at some point. You like your stats lol.

Ya I can see a core group of users hitting the 100k Hive mark which will be a serious milestone.

I agree about discord, I forgot my password and it was a blessing, as I found it to be a distraction and time drain at times.

It would be great to have another 30 or 40 accounts with 100K HP as it does make such a difference offering support.
